Q-Industries Hires Creative Director Marcos Ballestero and Art Director David Ostroff
Interactive Firm Continues Growth in Web Development & New Media
WASHINGTON - Q-Industries announces the addition of Marcos Ballestero as Creative Director and David Ostroff as Art Director.
As Creative Director, Ballestero will be responsible for managing Q’s creative teams and working closely with clients to define and create websites and online marketing campaigns that unite them with their audiences. Prior to joining Q, Ballestero was Senior Director of Creative Services at Freewebs, where he developed highly successful social interactive and widget campaigns for Adidas, Cingular, Paramount, Universal, Ford, Reebok and others. Earlier in his career, he was the Creative Director at global Internet solutions agency Proxicom, where he worked with an extensive list of Fortune 500 companies, and was the Web Creative Director at the National Cancer Institute.
As Art Director, David Ostroff will guide the design for client projects, creating visually rich and engaging user experiences that capitalize on the latest graphic technologies, such as Flash. Prior to joining Q, Ostroff was the Senior Designer at two major Internet companies, Revolution Health Group and The Motley Fool.

Ballestero’s 15 years of experience in print, web and multimedia includes work with high profile organizations including AT&T, Microsoft, Nike, T. With expertise in advertising, visual communications, interface design and information architecture, he has helped businesses transform their marketing goals into award-winning visual concepts recognized for their excellence.
David Ostroff
With experience in both traditional and new media, Ostroff has been providing dynamic design solutions to clients and organizations for over 10 years. His portfolio also includes work for high-profile clients such as The United States Postal Service, which earned him three Astrid Awards for Outstanding Achievement in Design Communications, as well as a mention in Print Magazine's Regional Design Annual.
